职位描述


Position Summary

The position is responsible for managing the day-to-day client activities for the assigned property/facility. This person may have oversight of multiple locations. The candidate must be able to organize and prioritize multiple tasks, effectively manage through stressful situations, and consistently make effective, high quality decision; must develop and effectively manager client and customer relationships. The candidate will have overall responsibility for site budgets, accounting and finance, maintenance and operation, contract services, purchasing of material, equipment and supplies, occupancy services, and helpdesk.

Essential Functions:

® Assist the Assignment Manager in the smooth functioning of day to day security services.

® Act as Assignment Manager in the latter’s absence.

® Ensuring staff understand the post and site instructions and are sufficiently competent in performing their duties, monitor the performance, replace the staff who fail to perform their duty as required.

® Ensure proper training of guarding staff as per Training Program, replace and submit a report upon completion.

® Ensure security staff are who properly briefed/debriefed before and after deployment, and ensure proper shift change.

® Carry out checks on staff discipline and groom to include attendance, uniforms etc.

® Ensure any occurrence/incident are reported to the Duty Manager on real time basis and also keep a track on the same.

® Ensure that all the guidelines and standing instructions on any process are adhered to.

® Ensure timely submission of Daily Report to Duty Manager/Facility Manager.

® Ensure the security roster and attendance is maintained properly at all times.

® Manage VMS, ensure issue and retrieval of badges are done as per policy.

® Manage BMS and provide security reports and update as required by Duty Manager/Facility Manager.

® Monitor access control procedures and ensure guards are following the process.

® Ensure material movements IN&OUT is carried out as per policy.

® Ensure all Registers and Documents maintained with the security are maintained and up to date at all times.

® Ensure daily security checks are under take any issue; discrepancies are to be reported to Duty Manager/Facility Manager.

® Ensure key management process is monitored in accordance with the policy.

® Always maintain emergency contact list up to date and display it at the control room.

® Ensure checks are carried out on all Fire Hydrant, Fire Extinguishers, First aid boxes and the same are documents.

® Ensure proper security arrangements for VIP/Clients visits.

® Ensure shredding of all classified documents as per the policy.

® Ensure proper record of Lost&Found of articles as per the procedure and reconciliation of the same.

® Effectively manage the projector movement within the facility.

® Effectively manage the parking as per standing instruction.

® Timely submission of invoice along with supportive documents to the facilities.

® Carry out daily/weekly/monthly checks and fwd reports of the same to the Duty Manager/Facility Manager.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities(KSA)

® Minimum of 3 years industry experience required either in the corporate environment, third party service provider or as a consultant.

® Strong organizational and management skills.

® Strong presentation and communication skills.

® Superior people management and client relationship skills.

® Ability to plan and manage within budget and time constraints.

® Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

® Experience with managing multiple vendors and small capital projects.

Supervisory Responsibilities: In consultation and collaboration with the Area Manager, oversee the operation, staffing, performance and development of the Facility/Property Management service delivery staff. Coordinate discussions with each direct report regarding goal setting, performance reviews, career development planning and incentive/salary administration.

Working Environment: This position requires interaction with the Account Leadership team, Client, Vendors, Operational, and Account Support staff and will be a fast paced environment consistent with handing multiple demands and priorities.

Minimum Required Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management with management/technical emphasis;
