职位描述:
1. Choose qualified videos and promote on social media platforms and writing pushes;
2. Participate in project process formulation, real-time monitoring activity feedback and make dynamic adjustment;
3. Collaborate across departments to solve project related problems comprehensively;
4. Responsible for user operation and management, focus on the top creators, and develop strategies to increase DAU, user activation and user loyalty;
5. Participate in launching and operating “hashtag”, follow up the hot spots in the country and carry out innovative publicity.
职位要求:
1. Proficient in English and Polish, with overseas background preferred;
2. Passion in Internet, high awareness of the popular culture and subculture and news hotspots in Europe and America, and have a strong reading quantity preferred;
3. Familiar with social marketing, love creative planning, and have relevant self-media operation account.
