职位描述:
1、Monitor delivery of content from all producers & talents. Assist to guide and oversee the user community building and content operation；
2、Engage all producers & talents on regular basis to keep them updated on App’s new updates, challenges, programs, initiatives, and events；
3、Identify trending concepts and communicate with key producers & talent of each market ；
4、Develop collaborative partnership with local media partners ；
5、Facilitate day-to-day escalations and troubleshooting of issues faced by members of community；
6、Be in charge of the Campus Ambassador Program to promote the app in the schools via creative methods and bring on board potential Original Music Content Producers/Talent for the Music & Talent Acquisition team.
职位要求:
1、1 – 2 years of experience in community management / media / marketing；
2、Experience managing online communities of producers and agencies and so on；
3、Excellent project management, analytical and organizational skills；
4、Strong connection with the local music community；
5、Familiar with the digital music eco-system.
