工作简介：
a. 协助负责富士通半导体DigRF 射频处理器产品线，及其他通讯应用方向相关的产品线之市场工作
b. 协助负责并参与市场策略定制，含市场调研，产品应用方向研究与定义，竞争对手信息收集与分析等
c. 协助负责并参与产品发布及推广，含目标应用及市场的建立，产品推广策略，自我产品分析及改进，产品推广资料准备，产品推广关键事件规划（如展会等）
d. 围绕产品，紧密与内部相关团队配合建立完善产品支持团队，含，DE/AE/FAE/OPN/Sales等全球富士通半导体不同部门必需团队
e. 协助负责并参与市场团队对销售团队的产品培训，代理商产品培训
f. 与销售，FAE团队共同参与关键客户拜访，客户会议，产品推广介绍等
g. 与其他团队共同配合，完成销售计划制定，含库存准备及管理，销售数量预估，订单处理等

候选人要求：

l. 性格随和，思路开阔，善于与人沟通并从他人身上学习
m. 出色书面及口头表达能力（要求中英文）
n. 对外企企业文化有基本了解，有在众多不同团队架构企业工作的经验和经历
o. 5年或以上，电子产品，半导体行业工作经验 （市场或PM工作优先）
p. 基本RF处理器技术背景或对产品有技术方面了解
q. 对手机行业，PC行业，消费类电子，工业应用产品行业熟悉了解并有一定经验
r. 对新产品定义及上市有成功案例经验者优先
Job Description:
a. Work at Fujitsu DigRF Transceiver product (and other potential mobile phone related IC products) for Mobile phone, tele-communication devices applications
b. Product Marketing strategy buildup, including marketing survey, product application research and definition, competitor info collection and analysis
c. Product launch and promotion, including target application and market setup, promotion strategy, own product SWOT analysis, promotion materials and events preparation
d. cooperate with internal teams including AE/DE/FAE/OPN/Sales for better business development
e. sales training, distributor training, to conduct sales team for better product promotion
f. together with sales team, key customer visit for better marketing survey and product promotion
g. together with other teams, own product sales plan setup within SAP, including inventory, forecast, order transaction

Requirements to the candidate:
a. Excellent team-work spirit and skill
b. Self-training/self-learning/self-driven capability and mindset
c. Easy-going personality, open-minded, eager to learn from others
d. Outstanding written and verbal communication skill (in both English and Chinese)
e. Basic understanding to foreign company culture, proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
f. 5+ years working experience in electronics product or semiconductor field (MTK or PM will be a plus)
g. At least, basic technical background on RF transceiver
h. Familiar and experienced with mobile phone, PC, consumer and commercial industrial applications
i. Successful cases in product definition and launching will be a plus
