Your responsibility is to assist headquarter manager to work out the production scheduling (mid term & short term) according to the demand, monitor and follow up production schedule through the negotiation with the suppliers and ensure goods delivered by the suppliers in full quantity & timely, make monthly/weekly production plan with toll blender base on sales forecast and plant production capacity, by fully conducting a bridge role between the suppliers and headquarter planning managers in Japan.



Job contents in details:

1. Mission-To manage production control of Subcontractor ( Subcontractor's location : Jiangsu province ) / To report to production planning manager ( Japanese assignee from headquarter )

2. Working location-Office : Shanghai / Business trip to Subcontractor in China a few times a week

3. To make production plan

(1) 6 month rolling forecast issued twice a month

(2) Weekly input plan issued every Friday

4. To secure production capacity through the negotiation with Subcontractor

5. To register and maintain production capacity, yield and lead time to production planning system for simulation purpose.

6. To negotiate delivery schedule with Subcontractor and get the committed delivery date from Subcontractor, If the schedule doesn't meet the requirement, escalation and coordination process with internal/external related parties is mandatory in order to finall y meet the requirement.

7. To liaise with customer support department to work out delivery schedule commitment, pull-in and push-out for customers' satisfaction.

8. To monitor the manufacturing progress of Subcontractor and to give alert to Subcontractor in order to recover original commitment.

9. To facilitate the monthly production meeting at Subcontractor among Japan headquarter, Subcontractor and own member,



Requirements:

- Experience in sales or buyer in Semi-conductor industry

- Excellent negotiation skills with supplier

- Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience;

- In addition to Chinese and English, excellent command of Japanese is required, both in writing and speaking;

- PC literate -hands on with MS-EXCEL(IF/ VLookUp / Pivot / Filter), PowerPoint and Word software;

- Good interpersonal skills with professional attitude;

- With long term working period as a precondition (at least 3 years);

- Willingness to travel within China;

- Abilities in the arrangement of meeting setting/translation/negotiation/working out meeting minutes and so on.
