GL leader

Key Responsibility:
1. Lead the GL team on a day to day basis on operational matters;
2. Improve the monthly closing and reporting process;

3. Review TB and monthly report, delivering a clean and timely result;
4. Ensuring customer queries are satisfactorily addressed and for handling first level of escalation
5. Motivate stuff and work allocation among team members
6. Coordinate with customer, IT support and external and internal auditors for any audit request

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in F&A or above, CPA/ACCA is a plus
2. 6-8 years work experience in GL area, 3-5 years people management experience
3. Working under great pressure, especially monthly/qty end
4. Good command of both written and oral English
5. Very good team handling skill
6. Grasp MS-Office skill, Oracle experience is a plus
