任职要求：

1.具有大学本科或以上学历，工程造价等相关专业，3年以上工作经验，有一定英语水平者优先。

2.熟练操作广联达、预算大师清单计价软件、掌握办公软件。

3.熟练编制工程量清单、预算标底，完成预算、结算工作。

4.熟悉合同管理工作及各种相关专业的招标、合同范本及主要条款。

5.进度款估价、变更估算及造价控制报告。

6.通过参加现场会议（例如：工程例会、设计例会及监理例会等）发现对成本控制影响的相关信息，并及时与业主管理部门进行沟通。

7.驻场地点在北京通州
