职位描述
Training:
Create a training and development strategy, vision and action plan to implement dynamic learning systems contributing to the success of the organization.
Develop the infrastructure for all learning and development programs by establishing standardized methods and procedures for delivery, evaluation, measurement and reporting.
Plan, direct, and coordinate learning objectives and instructional strategies; including developing the best methodologies for training delivery (i.e. web-based, classroom, etc.).
Select and monitor internal and external resources to deliver consistent learning and development programs and services. Including in internal trainers team management and external training coordination.
Develop, maintain and distribute status learning and development reports as needed.
Learning:
Analyze learning needs in line with UFH Group initiatives, develop, implement and follow up annual learning/training plan with the aim of optimizing training resources and provide targeted training support to each department
Develop standardized adult learning principles and programs for targeted audiences.
In-House Training Conduction and Delivery: participate in developing internal training programs; deliver assigned internal training courses(eg. bi monthly hospital orientation to new comers; hospital JCI standard training) in order to provide the appropriate courses to meet the identified training needs
Facilitate classroom and non-classroom based activities as an integral part of the learning and development solutions.
Evaluation & follow-up. Collect feedback from participants on training course delivery quality; follow up the behavior change & competencies improvement after training, in order to achieve the best training result. Summarize and provide monthly training report to HR Director & UFH Administrator for review.
Employee Development:
In line with UFH Group initiatives, Initiate, Develop and implement competence model to improve employee selection and hire, performance management and employee development.
Define KPIs of learning and development in correlation with UFH goals , follow up the trends of KPI, make improvement actions.
Work with Senior Management Team on key talent development and coordinate the succession plan for key positions.
Serve as internal HR counselor on management teams for people development, performance management and career management.
Provide advice and support to the department heads and line managers to develop appropriate and realistic career / development plans which should reflect well balance between the personal aspirations and company views, and drive personal ownership and commitment of own and/or subordinates’ career and development management
Within the scope of the UFH Group Plan, coordinate and prioritize the implementation of the approved development plans of all employees based on the available resources
Other duties as assigned by the Director of Non-Clinical Learning, Hospital Senior Management & UFH Administrator through the market.
任职资格:
Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in education, business administration or liberal arts or at least five years of teaching equivalent.
Minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in the field of organization, talent development, learning or related fields such as talent management or Human Resources
Strong desire to improve our service, processes and systems
Self-directed, process oriented, attention to detail, ability to drive consensus in decision making and problem solving
Ability to develop and translate strategies and plans into action - sense of urgency
Knowledge & Skills:
Advanced Oral English fluency preferred
Mandarin fluency preferred
Certified Trainer preferred
Outstanding verbal, written communications, multi-tasking and presentation skills
The knowledge of adult learning principles
