ERP/CRM经理

This role will be a key asset in the future growth of the company. This individual will be managing the ERP/CRM system for multiple business functions by performing business analysis and solution identification. The one will be part of the core team to devise the company’s ERP/CRM strategy and ensure that the ERP/CRM systems necessary to support its operations and objectives are in place.

An excellent candidate must have a solid ERP/CRM background and consistently keep up-to-date with advancements of the field and Technology enablement. Apart from his/her education and experience, he/she must have every quality of a strong strategic and business acumen, and work with various functional departments to maximize the usage of standard ERP/CRM practice.

The goal is to ensure that ERP/CRM Operational Excellence adds the maximum value to our company so as to facilitate the success of our business. The role reports to Finance and Operations Director in China, and Global CFO and Head of IT in Switzerland for “Acting Local and Being Global”.

Key Responsibilities:

主要工作职责:

1. System Implementation Strategy Perspective

系统实施战略方面

Get a throughout understanding of the organization's system, products, business processes, and capabilities to serve our business users and manage ERP/CRM system with operational policies and procedures;

全面了解公司的系统、产品和业务流程,为业务用户提供服务,通过运营政策和流程管理ERP/CRM系统。

Design a comprehensive strategy for achieving successful outcome of the project, manage the project constraints of scope, time, budget, quality, risk, and resources, determine the approach to be used on the project;

规划综合策略以实现项目目标,项目管理工作包括:范围、时间、预算、风险和资源,确定项目的实现方式等;

Prepare project communication plans, provide consistent and clear communication between relevant project stakeholders, which includes setup review meetings and provide status reports;

制定项目沟通计划,在项目相关方间的沟通明确统一:系统设置审核会、进展报告;

2. System Optimization Perspective

项目优化方面

Manage ERP/CRM system specifications by collaboration with users and vendors on development, tests, and system enhancements;

与用户和供应商合作管理ERP/CRM系统的开发、测试和系统拓展标准;

Localize and customize ERP/CRM system per local business requirements;

根据区域业务需求,本地化、定制化ERP/CRM;

Ensure ERP/CRM system security by restricting access and creating user roles, and monitoring usage;

通过管控登陆权限、创建用户类型、监控日常使用,以确保ERP/CRM系统安全。

3. Daily Maintenance Perspective

日常维护方面

Create or cancel new ERP/CRM user account and create SOP;

创建和取消新用户账户,编制SOP;

Establish a channel for end users to structurally feedback their query;

建立供最终用户结构化地反馈其需求的渠道;

Set up policy for special request from business department, e.g. modify data or add new function or enlarge certain user's authority;

为业务部门需求建立制度,例如修改数据和增加新部门或扩大相应用户权限。

4. Training Perspective

培训方面

Prepare and maintain ERP user manual;

编制和维护ERP用户手册;

Facilitate training to all end users;

实施用户培训;

Initiate meeting with each department key users for both training purpose and consolidate user experience for future ERP/CRM system optimization;

组织与各部门关键用户的会议以培训用户、整合用户体验,不断优化ERP/CRM系统;

Document system operation experience as an administrator;

作为管理员,负责文件系统运作。

5. Others

其他

Perform as counselor and coach for ERP solution implementation;

在ERP/CRM解决方案实施中,作为顾问和教练;

Update and manage ERP system to ensure it provides company with proper business solutions and accurate results;

更新和管理ERP系统,以确保其能提供合适的业务解决方案和准确结果;

Analyze data processing modules and identify areas of enhancements and improvements;

分析数据模型,确定系统需要扩展和提升的方面;

Provide procedures and reports to identify and resolve data integrity issues.

提供流程和报告,以确定和解决数据整合问题。


Qualifications:

任职要求:

Bachelor degree on computer sciences or business administration;

计算机或工商管理学士学位;

Experience with Oracle NetSuite or cloud-based ERP is a plus;

有Oracle NetSuite或云端ERP经验者优先;

Experience with project management skills and implementation or related project deployment, testing on ERP/CRM;

有项目管理技能、ERP/CRM的实施、项目部署和测试等经验;

Proven ability to maintain the confidentiality of business related information;

确保业务信息保密的能力;

Highly organized, accurate and precise in work functions;

有条理、精细准确地工作;

Good communicator and must interact regularly and comfortably across various departments from individual to the ERP Management Team level to negotiate solutions that foster strong relationships and continued success of the project;

与各部门、个人、ERP管理团队,经常、妥当地互动沟通,建立良好关系,推进项目不断成功,议定解决方案;

Effective project change management skill that pro-actively identifies project changes and incorporates an appropriate impact analysis and approval for such changes across the ERP program team;

具有项目变更管理技能,在ERP项目团队中,预先主动定义项目变更,准备相应变更影响分析和获得批准;

Good spoken Chinese and English, be presentable;

出色的中英文口语表达,并能演讲;
