职位描述
Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining and providing technical service to hospital customers
- Liaise with the Field Service Supervisor on update of technical activities
- Working as part of a team with Sales / Clinical services to increase product penetration.
- Provide end user training for machine operation and phone support for minor technical issues
- Assist customer service with technical clarification of customer orders
Qualifications
- University degree in mechanical or electro-mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering is preferred
- Good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team, set priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast pace and at times pressurizing environment
- Good command of oral and written English
