职位描述
I. Responsibilities
- Support the role out of water borne coatings in the Chinese market from technical/lab side
- Support production of water borne coatings by questions out of daily work
- Support sales by questions regarding water borne coatings
- Adjust water borne coatings for customer need
- follow up P-standard process for water borne coatings
- Depending on experience of the employee: Visit customer together with sales and technician for adjustment and trouble shooting.
II. Knowledge / skills required of a Lab Technician
- College/university degree in chemistry
- More than 2 years’ work experience in paint industry and for water borne coating
- Sense of responsibility and flexibility and the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent analytical and creative ability
- Good communication skill
- Teamwork spirit
- Good English skill, both written and spoken
