JOB TITLE岗位名称: Accountant/Cashier 会计/出纳
PURPOSE岗位目的:
Responsible for issuing VAT invoices, VAT & income tax declaration; review employee expenses reports; all bank related matters and booking of bank transactions; review and record of sales transition and fixed assets transactions. 负责开具发票，税务申报，熟悉外贸企业出口退税操作；审核员工费用报告；所有银行相关事务及交易；审核销售业务交易记录和固定资产记录。
Education and Experience教育及经验：
1. Experience in a Multinational company and exposure to the US GAAP外企工作经验，熟悉美国会计准则
2. 5 years of related experience. 5年会计相关工作经验。
Knowledge知识：
1. Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Windows/Word/Excel is essential. 扎实的计算机软件使用知识。
2. Good knowledge of Financial systems, preferably User Friendly. 熟悉财务系统，最好会用友。
Ability能力：
Good verbal and written communication skills- both Chinese and English. 良好的中英文书写和沟通能力
Job Responsibilities岗位职责：
1. Filing tax return on monthly and quaterly basis 按月或季度进行税务申报
2. Keep cash and bank transaction record to be correct and accurate；arrange the remittance on time and posting the related transactions. 确保现金及银行交易准确记录，按期支付款项并编制相关凭证
3. Issue sales invoice and Posting of all sales related transactions. 开具销售发票并编制相关凭证
4. Posting of all collection transactions and issue generate AR report. Early alarm on overdue AR transactions编制收款凭证及应收款报表；逾期应收款及早报告
5. Support Sales in communications with clients regarding their accounts 配合销售部门做好客户信用管理
6. Review all the accounts by strictly following up the closing process checklist. Support SOX binder of reconcilation. 按照结账流程检查所有科目余额，配合做好萨班斯法案所需的相关文件
7. Manager office admin expenses, checking payment and filing it 管理部分行政费用，复核账单并安排付款
