岗位要求Responsibilities:
1.Take part in domestic suppliers’ development and evaluation
负参与国内供应商的开发及供应商的评估
2.Take charge of the check and update the technical documents and drawings which are given to suppliers.
负责对发放给供应商的技术文件图纸进行审核确认和更新
3.Take charge of the check of suppliers’ technical communication and technical respond. And contact with the foreign engineer on the checks then make common conclusion.
负责与供应商的技术交流和供应商的技术响应的审核,并就这些事宜与国外工程师进行联系沟通和评估,并共同给出结论.
4.Maintenance and evaluating eligibility supplier, collect supplier information, support
维护并评估现有合格供应商，收集潜在供应商信息，持续开发新供应商, 支持相关部门对供应商及时交付和质量的持续改进
5.Take charge of the check and track of the examination steps, reports and results (something coincident with the technical specification book and related standards) of the homemade productions. And be responsible of the connection and evaluation with the foreign engineers on the above things, and then make common conclusion.
负责对国产化产品的型式试验步骤, 型式试验报告以及结果的符合性(与技术规格书的符合性以及相关标准的符合性等)进行审查跟踪,并负责就这些事宜与国外工程师进行联系沟通和评估,并共同给出结论.
6.Take charge of the work of PAI of homemade products. And make reports.
负责组织对国产化产品的PAI工作,并出具报告.
7.Take charge of the possible company needed productions’ development and design( be familiar with the common developed tools)
负责对公司需要的可能的产品开发设计(熟悉掌握常用的开发工具)
8.NCR technical support (Root cause analysis and finding solution)
NCR技术支持（对NCR进行原因分析及处理办法）
9.Support leading engineer to provide proposal of products interface with carbuiler.
支持系统工程师对产品和车辆之间的接口设计提供方案。
10.Assisting other departments’ relevant work.
协助其他部门开展相关工作
11.Finishing the other work required by leader
完成领导要求的其它工作

岗位要求Qualifications:
1.With Bachelor education or above with mechanotronics, automatic application and some relevant majors in Electronic Mechanical and Electrics.
机电一体化,自动化应用等机电,电气类专业本科或以上学历
2.Have more than 3 years work experience relevant with manufacture.
3年以上制造行业相关工作经验
3.Be familiar with the development, productive and produce process of general mechanical products.
熟悉一般机电产品开发、产品化、生产流程
4.Capable of understanding the drawings of productions’ assemble opponents, welding drawings and simulation circuit.
具备读懂产品装配部件设计图纸的能力, 具备读懂产品焊接图纸的能力, 具备读懂产品模拟电路的能力
5.Have the work experience of products development, and have designed whole products separately before.
具备产品的开发工作经验，独立/参与设计过完整的产品
6.Good oral and written English
良好的英语听说写能力。
