职位描述：
1. 协助生产经理对生产和仓库的日常管理。
Support production and warehouse’s daily management.
2. 各类申请表单制作和送批，包括工段提交的物料采购和加班安排等。
Application documents production and submitting, includes section chiefs’ material purchasing and overtime arrangement.
3. 制作/打印每日产品包装上的贴纸。
Produce the product stickers of bulk packaging according to the daily production necessary.
4. 员工更衣箱及钥匙的管理。
Manage employee bathroom cabinet and key.
5. 参与完成与生产和仓库管理体系建设相关的项目，例如5S，ISO。
Take part in projects of production & warehouse management system installation like 5S and ISO.
6. 及时准确地记录每日仓库物料转移账目和SAP操作。
Make daily record of warehouse receiving and delivering of incoming goods in SAP and draw bills, ensure the data correct and in time.
7. 仓库原辅料的库存和运输车辆管理。
Warehouse stock and forklift management.
8. 负责仓库月度盘点的统计分析，并协助生产年度盘点。
Responsible monthly warehouse stocktaking and support production annual stocktaking.
9. 完成上级交办的其他事宜。

1. ***，大专以上学历，机械相关专业。
***, College degree or above, mechanical manufacture major.
2. 有外企相关工作经验者优先；
Related job experience in JV will be priority.
3. 良好的电脑技能（MS Office）；接触过SAP者优先；
Sound PC skills (MS Office, etc); experience in SAP will be priority.
4. 良好的沟通能力（包括中英文的口语及书面）和团队合作精神。
Sound communicate ability (include spoken and written of Chinese and English) and team cooperation spirit.
