部门介绍：该部门主要为汽车发动机工厂提供化学品管理服务，为客户提供综合的产品、设备和服务方案，使之符合EHS的要求，持续改进工艺过程，提高生产率和改进产品质量。工作地点均为客户的工厂。此岗位主要服务北京奔驰发动机厂项目。

职位: Site Engineer
汇报对象: Site Manager

Job Responsibilities:
工作职责:
1. Providing Technical Leadership
？ Acts as a leader to site operators personnel through their development.
？ Assist in training and coaching new Junior SE
？ Lead and participate in meetings
？ Provide guidance to staff as appropriate
？ Assists in directing or assisting project work of other site engineers or chemical service technicians.
2. Process, Product & Supplier Optimization
？ Acquires, records and analyzes process and usage data to establish baselines and track usage figures.
？ Identifies, plans, implements and monitors product optimization and product consolidation projects for Chemical Management programs at customer manufacturing plants with the goal of reducing usage, costs of chemicals or process costs at designated sites.
？ Responsibilities include identification and documentation of savings projects or process improvements for presentation and approval by the customer.
？ Make customer presentations to justify adoption of proposed projects and to demonstrate the benefits of successfully completed proposals.
？ Work with site team, implementing the approved projects.
？ Work with Quaker on-site staff to assure that project financial and technical goals are met.
？ Supports account achievement of savings under the service contract. Helps promote shared savings programs and drives savings to meet unit cost targets and achieve shared savings
？ Solicit customer sponsor for project
3. Procurement, Logistics, Inventory Management
？ Develop a forecast utilizing usage trends. Develop budget for next year
？ Obtain inventory level data
？ Compare to min/max levels
？ Ask administrative Assistant to order products
？ Track the shipment
？ Assess usage compared to budget and forecasts
？ Generate a usage report
？ Estimate cost savings
？ Generate reports. Generate abnormal usage report as necessary
？ Communicate usage to the plant and internally
4. Supporting Site Operations
？ Familiarize self with Quaker service scope.
？ Study and implement customer’s SOPs
？ Perform multi-site technical and sales oriented administrative duties in a manufacturing environment.
？ Work with SGMW personnel to solve daily problems
？ Perform appropriate record keeping tasks
？ Process control: Get the test report from lab and decide corrective actions
？ Apply customer’s reporting formats and maintain charts
？ Understand and follow facility protocols(e.g., chain of command)
？ Assists to identify environmental aspect and hazard, ensures the activities compliance with local safety, environmental, and quality procedures.

Safety & Occupational Health and Environmental Protection Responsibilities:

1. Active participation all SHE trainings to gain knowledge and improve awareness;
2. Following the SHE requirements both in Quaker and customer site;
3. Execute SHE procedures of company; Report accident / incident / near miss timely / unsecure situations incidents;
4. Wear PPE as requirements
5. Coordinate for accident report, investigation and deal with it.
6. Execute SHE procedures both in Quaker and customer site.

Qualification:
任职要求：
1. Bachelor degree in Engineering related major.
2. At least three years’ experience in project management or customer support.
3. Strong proven project management skills.
4. Good communication skills in both Chinese and English, proficient computer skills.
5. Being able to work under pressure, independently.
