Responsibilities
1/ Sales
- Identify and develop new customers
- Qualify their compliance with Company distribution criteria and check and watch out their solvability.
- Define with them their level of commitment
- Build up with the distributors their targets at both level of outlets and consolidated, and agree on the deployment plan to succeed
- Define and follow action plans with the distributors and its outlets
o Introduce new product lines and/or P/N / Target new outlets
o Implement and follow promotional actions
o Ensure respect of pricing structure => repairers => end consumers)
- Communicate to the Division all the relevant information for planning and ensuring a professional launch
- Visit outlets together or in consistency with the distributor
o Check product display, minimum stock, counterfeits and check retail pricing respect
o Visits frequently his customers and prospects.
o Identifies and drives new and existing business opportunities by getting effective, timely and accurate customers' information.
- Follow and analyse the sales of the distributor of his/her portfolio by product line / reference / outlet
o Check whether information has been properly forwarded by the distributor
o Understands customers' needs, gets requests for quotation, provides and follows-up offers, involves technical department when adequate, negotiates and concludes business, with the support of his management.
2/ Communication
- Define together with the distributor local communication plan
- Ensure the respect of the Company image
- Get and forward to marketing market information (competition, prices, ...)
- Develops durable relationships with his customers/prospects.
3/ Training
- Provide the distributors with commercial and technical support
- Present new products lines, new P/N
- Animate together with central animator area seminar and training session
- Train distributors and their customers on the public price mechanism and benefits
4/ Service
- Provide the distributors with after service.
- Visit customers on time to maintain the business.
- Provide tools and training for end-users.
- Interface with and pull together all functional areas to ensure customer needs are being addressed internally, influences engineering team, industrialization, production and support groups to optimize business growth, orders and profitability.
Requirements
§ Bachelor degree in mechanical or material
§ Familiar with industry customers
§ "Can do" attitude , team spirit, ability to travel intensively in China
§ Fluent English is plus not necessary
