1 Handle on-boarding administration;
- Issue employment contract/service agreement for new hires;
- Conduct labor registration and social benefit enrollment for local employees;
- Enroll new hires to other benefit programs if applicable;
2 Handle off-boarding administration;
- De-register employment relationship, both local and expat;
- Issue employment certificate for leavers;
- Work out severance package for dismissal cases;
- Terminate all kinds of benefits;
3 Manage payroll delivery;
- Collect all payroll related details, such as OT claim, working record of part-time employees, etc.;
- Work with payroll vendor to ensure the correctness and timeliness of payroll delivery;
- Cooperate with Finance team for fund transfer and cost booking;
- Keep good filing of payroll records;
4 Manage all kinds of benefit programs
- Manage mandatory social benefits and conduct annual review per local regulation;
- Assist in commercial insurance annual renewal and handle ongoing administration;
- Keep tracking record of annual leave and other leave applications;
- Work on other benefit programs, e.g. annual health check-up, etc.;
5 Manage employee p-files and HR related documents;
- Create p-file for each new hire;
- Keep p-file records of each employee completed and updated;
- Issue reference letters upon requests;
6 Improve and fine-tune operation procedures to raise work efficiency;
7 Ensure compliance of the HR operation and cope with internal/external audit;
8 Assist in other HR projects and issues.
