职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
1.Searches to build candidate pipeline via cold calling, social networking, resumes databases, job postings and employee referrals.
2.Responsible for recruitment process from sourcing, interview scheduling and selection.
3.Responsible for managing the employee on-board and exit process.
4.Responsible for employee attendance, maintain leave record
5.Related HR tasks as assigned.

Requirement:
1.Bachelor degree, with 1-2 years’ recruitment experience (head hunting experience will be a plus)
2.Good spoken and writing English skills;
3.Good computer skills ;
4.Be familiar with local HR related policies/ regulations.
5.Highly motivated and strong sense of responsibility.
