职位描述：

Main Purpose

• ？ Covering traffic operations to customers
• ？ Solely responsible for accessing and updating shipments
• ？ Coordinate P&Ls, stock sheet and exposure
• ？ Coordinate handling of all issues relating to traffic

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• ？ Minimum 2 years apprenticeship and commercial experience
• ？ Good command in English, PC literacy
• ？ Ability to be flexible and work to deadlines and under pressure
• ？ Communication skills and numeral literacy are very important

Key Responsibilities

1. Direct contacts to customers

• ？ Written and verbal contacts with suppliers and in particular receivers
• ？ Visits where required to clients
• ？ Co-ordinating the shipments with our customers including contract negotiation, signature, coordinating of issuance etc.
• ？ Letter of credit negotiation according to sales contract terms, as well as amendments (value, expire date, terms) and acceptance where necessary of discrepancies.
• ？ Arranging for inspection, sampling, assaying and umpire of the various products
• ？ Preparing for all necessary documentation (holding certificates, bank releases, transport documents, due diligences, stock inspection, insurance, invoices etc.)
• ？ Checking and arranging payments, claims

2. Bank contacts

• ？ Opening/checking letter of credit
• ？ Arranging for documents and collection of payments

3. Shipping

• ？ Arranging for the various international transport by sea-, rail-, barge and truck, vessel nominations and acceptances
• ？ Arrange issuance of LOI where necessary in close coordination with finance and management
• ？ Approval of vessels to only take place in presence of fully workable letter of credit and in absence thereof coordinate with management
• ？ Insuring the cargo/transports
• ？ Being in regular contact with shipping agents
