Position Summary
· Find and develop solutions for new machines
· Maintain and improve existing machines
· Support to other department
Main Tasks
Find and develop solutions for new machines:
· Develop machine functions
· Develop testing bench
· Perform electrical calculation (PL, heating, etc.)
· Choose appropriate components
· Find solution to improve design
Maintenance and improvement of existing machines:
· Develop solutions for replacement of obsolete components
· Develop solutions for retrofit kit
Support to other department:
· Support to production when there is design issue
· Support to engineering and purchasing of industrialization task
· Support to other department when it’s necessary
Main Responsibilities
· Respect all company and department rules.
· Respect deadline for all tasks received and immediately report any delay as soon as foreseen.
· Respect hours received for all task received and immediately report any issue as soon as foreseen.
· Make sure all tasks are executed according electrical best practice
· Accountable for the price of the device developed
· Accountable for the quality of all technical documents (in SAP and in R&D Share folder)
· Accountable for device performance and reliability
· Accountable for machine quality after audit and report any issue in order stop shipment of nonconform
products
· Accountable for giving solutions to designer
· Recommend action on NCR to supervisor.

Critical Skills and Personal Attributes
Functional skills:
· Well knowledge and experience of electrical design
· Familiar with different kinds of electrical components
· An affinity with the "world of industrial machines"
· Knowledge of software as AutoCAD, E3-series (Schematic and cable) and SAP
· Fluency in Office software (Excel, Word, etc.)
Personal skills:
· Good communication skills, extrovert and independent
· Proactive work style, reliable and accountable;
· Team player, acting with transparency and openness;
· Capacity to adapt to a difference cultural environment (behavior, language, non-verbal
communication)

Education and Experience:
· Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
· 2 years of experience in electrical design (or similar)
· English level according to “PT Test” must not be lower than 1.3
