The purpose of this job is to engineer products and solutions for assigned projects with medium to high complexity.
Key Tasks:
? Engineer products and solutions for assigned projects.
? Select and design products and solutions based on customer requests and applicable standards and codes.
? Deliver input to improve current technical solutions and / or develop new solutions to ensure our competitive advantage.
? Mentoring and coaching new and less experienced engineers.
? Participate in project meetings.
Knowledge:
? Engineer or technical designer education (required).
? Thermal/evaporation & crystal industry / application / process knowledge (required).
Skills:
? Fluent written and spoken English.
? +5 years of relevant experience with project handling in chemical/water industry.
? Capable of independent design processes and engineering (mass balance, PID and specifications) for standard projects.
? Capable of design processes and engineering for non-standard projects with a limited support from specialists.
? Cross-cultural awareness.
Attitude:
? Team player and customer-oriented with good communication.
? Self-driven and responsible for project deliverables.
? Eager to share experience and knowledge.
? Structured and systematic approach.
? Commitment to project deliverables.
