Job Responsibility:
岗位职责：
1) Ensuring operational consistency through standardised work instructions that reflect approved methods.
2) Ensure and maintain injection moulding/stamping process control and capability for all tools using scientific principles
3) Lead improvements to include cycle time efficiencies, cavitation, scrap reduction, and establishment of optimal processing parameters
4) Assist with trouble shooting, tool sampling, quality issues and training
5) Monitors process performance and product reliability in order to identify areas for improvement, coordinating corrective actions as necessary
6) Maintains accurate data on machine and equipment performance.
7) Analyse and summarize data using statistical methods to prepare technical reports and recommendation.
8) Perform TPM of the injection Moulding/stamping Machines.

Job Requirements:

1) Proven success in a similar production/maintenance role in a high volume, highly automated, multinational manufacturing facility of no less than 5 years.
2) B.S. in Engineering. 5+ years of plastics injection moulding manufacturing
3) Demonstrated ability to manage relationships at all levels, with specific expertise and demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
4) Ability to communicate and persuade at all management levels and thrive in a cross-functional environment.
5) Certified internal auditor / green belt experience is preferred.
6) Proved be a good problem-solving player.
7) Should be a self-starter with the ability to work with limited supervision
8) Needs to be able to document results, improvements, findings, and report information regularly.
9) Strong teaming and communication skills.
10) Good English language ability in reading, writing and speaking
