• Responsible for analytical methods Development and equipments maintaince work and R&D activities for Performance Chem. div
• Coordinate and follow-up the analytical lab works .
• Collaborative with Production & SHEQ

Purpose for the Job 职务目标

• Develop efficient analytical methods based on Pulcra products requirement
• Develop local products based mainly on local materials

Establish in accordance with SBU and support of affiliates those products required by market

Principal Accountabilities 主要职责

• Carry the Analytical lab works
• Be familiar with analytical equipment operation and responsible for the analytical method development for GC, HPLC,NIR, UV and MIR ect according to the requirement of R&D and QC.
• Responsible for the analytical equipments maintainance
• Product development according to local market requirements.
• Selection of raw materials and fixation of requested specs., with support from purchasing
• Establish chemical and applicationable Specs.,of newly developed products with support of Marketing & QC lab.
• Chemical and physical testing of the competitive products
• Technical /Chemical support to Technical sales staff whenever necessary
• Support QC ,technical sales staff in case of claims
