职位描述：

Responsibility:

1. Follow 8D process for customer issue resolution, and internal/external rejection

2. Responsible for customer satisfaction investigation and self-assessment of customer satisfaction

3. Responsible for communicating and maintaining good relationship with customer

4. Familiar with the standard and working flow for relative customer

5. Responsible for quality control, defects analysis, monitoring the quality data, and give improvement proposals to reduce the quality cost

6. Take part in the process audit, help to maintain the quality system

7. Responsible for collecting and analyzing quality data from JITs

8. Responsible for establishing and updating control plan and inspect instruction, and push to be fully implemented

9. Responsible for maintaining and updating the checking fixture status and establishing and updating the operation instruction for checking fixture

10. Responsible for training to the inspectors

11. Assist to project development and launching

12. Fully support JIT quick response to customers

13. Assist to finish other tasks from quality manager

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree

2. 3 to 5 years of quality work experience and can create 8D report

3. Be familiar with SPC and PPAP and can explain

4. Once worked as a quality engineer in the injection molding industry or metal industry or electronics industry

5. Can write the email in English and communicate with our customers

6. Can cooperate with other quality engineers

7. Knowledge with ISO 9000 or TS16949

8. Once work as an inspector or together with them and be familiar with inspectors
