职位描述：
1. Overall Purpose of Job:
As a specialist who will be fully responsible for assigned suppliers’ quality issue. Including supplier audit, provide technical support to suppliers, analysis and problem solving with suppliers.

2. Major Responsibilities:
- Owns performance metrics of Customer Incident Due to Supplier and Supplier PPM of assigned suppliers
- Ensures PPAP execution for new products, modified products and resourcings
- Execute a plan of PCPA audits at existent suppliers
- Define specific improvement plans for suppliers based on findings in current production and audits
- Strongly Supports 8D problem resolution at suppliers
- Quality crisis management at suppliers
- Verifies CSL1 and CSL2 implementation at suppliers site
- Supports purchase organization to evaluate potential new suppliers
- Update of supplier score card system (QCDDM)
- Uses globally standardized work methods
- Inspect the quality standards at supplier place
- Assist suppliers to solve the parts quality problems
- Cooperate with plant quality and other functions on business or supplier parts.
- Other assignment by SQA Manager.

3. Key Competencies:
- Good communication / negotiation skill in local language and English
- Good coordination /Good teamwork
- Good problem –solving ability
- Be able to face challenges and work under pressure.
- Solid engineering and quality knowledge.
- Be able flexible for travel.

4. Education and Experience:
- Mechanical engineering with bachelor degree or above.
- At least 5 years experience in quality/ technical area, especially in field of casting and machining.
- Solid quality knowledge such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA etc.
- Solid knowledge on quality management system such as ISO 9000 and ISO/TS16949. 举报 分享
