职位描述：
Arrange the production acc. planning and be responsible for achieving output target as well as the products meet all company and customer requirements

- Be familiar with the manufacturing process of all parts, especially the parts which are difficult to handle and be able to carry out necessary countermeasures

- Follow and be able to train all team members constantly to make them follow company quality policy and verify their qualification

- Be familiar with SOP, operate on the line wherever it is required, supervise operator’s job quality, be sure they worked as described in SOP and evaluate operator’s performance together with department supervisor

- Fill out the related production daily reports with correct data at the end of shift and submit it immediately to Production Manager

- Be able to setup production for equipment and tool, can deal with common defects. Inform technician and supervisor in time, if defect cannot be solved by him/herself

- Regularly check the compliance with EHS procedures and regulations including proper use of industrial safety equipment

- Participate the CIP workshop concerning related operation and process to reduce the down time, cycle time and enhance the process stability and production efficiency

- Can be transferred to other tasks/departments if training for temporary job has been done in advance and must be able to take over operator jobs temporarily (e.g. short of manpower)

- Participate in daily 5S philosophy and need to keep their work area clean and in order
