Job Purpose and Scope:
1. 空调系列及门系列产品的客户现场安装调试、维修服务，定时提交服务工作报告
HVAC/Door system installation, Commissioning, trouble shooting and timely service report
2. 对客户进行操作和使用维护培训 Provide operation and maintenance training to customer
3. 收集反馈现场的信息和用户的需求Customer’s requirement and site information feedback
4. 建立和维护与客户的良好关系 Create and maintain good relationship with the customer
Key Responsibilities (Please list details):
1.空调 / 门设备的基本维护，维修，故障分析、故障排除
General Trouble shooting of HVAC / Door system, malfunction analysis and solution
2.支持空调设备/ 门的维修和翻新整改工作Support Rework and retrofit of HVAC / Door system;
3.对用户进行操作和维护保养等方面的培训Provide operation and maintenance training to customer
4.协助参与空调/ 门系统的测试 Assist system test.
5.完成现场服务报告 Complete service report
6.产品质量问题反馈和后续跟进 Product quality feedback and follow up
7.客户需求和市场信息的收集反馈 Customer’s requirement and site information feedback
8.建立和维护与客户的良好关系 Create and maintain good relationship with the customer
Work Experience Requirements:
1. 二年及以上的空调系统或工业电气设备的售后服务工作经验Minimum of 2+ years service experience on air conditioner or industrial electrical equipments
2. 基本的英语读写能力Certain spoken English skill
3. 能适应经常出差 Need frequent travel
4. 良好的沟通能力和团队精神 Good communication skill and team spirit
Education Requirements:
制冷，电气，机械&自动化相关工科专业中专及以上学历
Technical school or above, major in refrigeration , electrical; mechanical automation related
