? Nurturing existing customer relationships to ensure retention and to grow the account
? Continuously searching for new customers in order to increase sales and profits
? Clearly understanding customers' strategies, business plans, buying behaviours and needs
? Developing and implement strategies, budgets and plans to ensure the company is aligned with customer needs
? Advising operations of forecast workloads, so that they are able to react to market trends in a timely and efficient manner
? Developing and driving sales opportunities to ensure company meets its targets and beats the competition
? Informing Innovation and Technology Team about market and customer trends that should be considered when prioritising development of new products
? Ensuring that company processes, systems and tools are used properly and consistently
? Fulfilling all sales duties identified in company’s quality system and driving continuous improvement
