职位描述：
In charge of both sea and air import ,
Shipment arrangement
Cargo tracing/Container arrangement
Account management
Communication and coordination with overseas offices/agents
Proactively update customer operation process, keep them informed about any delay or unusual situation at the first priority.
Organize shipment operations
problem solving when needed
have key account experience is preferred

Qualification:
More than 4 years import operation experience for international logistics company, familiar with whole import operation process
Experience in handling customer claim, key accounts management, internal coordination, etc.
Major in logistics/foreign trade
Fluent written and oral English
Bachelor degree or above
diligent, team-working, conscientious, approachable, strong ability to handle and resolve problems 举报 分享
