Job Description:
- Recruitment post and interview set up. Keep in touch with local HR Agency.
- Handle entry & separation process, including contract signing, intranet updating, orientation, EE list updating and probation & contract new notice.
- Responsible for attendance and payroll information, including LOA from, Direct Hire & Temp Labor Report, Exit Interview Report and OT Exceed Regulation Reminder.
- Responsible for work injure issue.
- Under HQ’s guideline, be responsible for annual focal review.
- Responsible for HR & Admin file recording and filing.
- Responsible for Work Permit and Visa Extension.
- Assistant on C&B issues and holiday notice.
- Office daily supplies purchasing, including stationery, drinking water, lunch and phone, and responsible for shuttle bus issues.
- Assistant on payment request, budget and petty cash on monthly basis.
- 负责发布招聘信息，筛选简历并邀约面试。与当地HR服务商保持良好够沟通；
- 负责员工入离职事宜，包括签订劳动合同，在系统中更新员工信息，更新员工联系方式，提醒部门经理员工试用期及合同续签时间节点；
- 负责员工考勤及请假情况记录，协助总部制作每月工资报表；
- 负责工伤处理；
- 在总部的指导下进行年度考评；
- 负责人事行政资料管理；
- 负责外籍员工工作许可证及签证的申请和延期；
- 协助总部处理员工福利事宜及发布节假日信息；
- 负责采购办公室日常用品，包括文具，饮用水，午餐及手机话费，并负责公司班车相关事宜；
- 协助付款、预算及备用金等相关事宜。

Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree, major in Human Resources or Management;
- Fluent Mandarin and English, both writing and oral;
- At least 1 year related working experience;
- Great communicator, have strong responsibility and can keep good relationship with employees.
- Have passion on fast fashion.
