岗位描述：
1、负责搜集潜在客户信息，和销售部门做好配合沟通
2、配合完成公司市场活动的推广和执行
3、善于开拓新市场、保持对重要客户的沟通和管理和再开发，提高品牌的知名度和良好口碑
4、配合团队策划组织开展公司市场活动，提升品牌形象宣传力度，给予课程顾问支持
5、负责市场相关数据信息的收集、整理与分析，给管理层提供分析数据
6、及时完成公司规定的当月或季度目标计划
7、熟悉多种渠道开发模式，能够分析、监控市场渠道信息，正确判断营销环境，并提出合理化建议
8、负责做好市场相关外联、地推工作
9、负责宣传人员的招聘培训和监督工作
10、协调各部门做好各项后续工作，完成上级分配的其他任务

岗位要求：
1、愿意从事市场开拓工作，希望通过市场拓展经历，为未来职业目标打下基础
2、大专以上学历（可接受无经验者）
3、一年以上的学校市场开拓工作经验者或有教育行业工作者优先
4、有市场渠道运作经验者优先
4、具有良好的心理承受能力、进取心和责任心；性格开朗、豁达、热情、勤奋
5、较好的沟通交际能力、较强的执行力、团队协作能力
