职位描述：
Goal of Function
-Management of the equipment maintenance
-Management of the process improvement
-Responsibility for the construction management
Reporting Line
-In this role he directly report to the local Managing Director (disciplinary) and to the site Manager
Personal ability
-A good communication skill in English
-His or her major is related chemistry,chemical engineering of mechanical engineering
-He or she is having a good leadership
Responsibilities
- have to design for the site with proper Chinese EHS rule.
-Process improvement
-Trouble shooting
-Preparation working diary
-To build a corrective and preventive maintenance plan based on the OEE
-Have to control the maintenance expenses
-P&ID revision.
-Estimate equipment cost for the new investment
-Responsibility for the integrated management system according to ISO 9001 and 14001
-Develop and improve new physical forms technologies like i.e. short extrusion and Kahl
-Take full ownership and technical supervision for the construction and the start-up,future plant
improvement of the site
-Update for the monthly expenses for the utility,supplier & repair.
-He or she have to prepare the OEE report by month 举报 分享
