职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
？ Acting as the Finance Controller in all JVs created between GA and CAIP
？ As the finance representative of GA support day-to-day operations with general manager and deputy general manager appointed by both JV partners
？ Take the leadership in financial accounting and management system establishment and maintenance
？ Supervise production and presentation on a monthly, quarterly, annual basis the financial and management report package for top management and shareholders
？ Ensure and supervise all the activities carried out in accordance with annual budget approved by both shareholders
？ Lead internal control activities and ensure the safety of company assets and funds
？ Review and check the contracts submitted by operation department according to company budget and policies
？ Provide financial support for strategic and operational decision-making
？ Coordinate with internal/external auditors and related government authorities

Requirements:

？ Bachelor’s degree, major in Accounting
？ At least 8 years working experience with 4 years senior position, experience in JV environment or manufacturing background will be a plus
？ Good knowledge on Chinese Accounting Standard and tax policy, understanding of IFRS, IAS will be a plus
？ Fluent English on oral, read and written
？ Strong ability on Microsoft Office (excel, PowerPoint, word)
？ Experience and knowledge on ERP system, SAP experience will be a plus
