1.Position Summary 职位简介

New machine installation, commissioning, instruction and acceptance 负责现场新机器安装， 调试，培训及验收。

On site machine repair, inspection and spare parts validate 现场机器维修，检查及备件确认

Remote call technical support to customer 电话客户技术支持

2.Main Responsibilities 主要职责

Machine Service & Training机器服务及培训

Includes the repair and installation of new machines; relocation of existing equipment, customer training; preventive maintenance, Productivity Improvement Programs (PIPs); ordering parts necessary to perform installations and repair; troubleshoot electrical or basic mechanical problems and proactively recommend the necessary service and maintenance programs.

包含新机器的安装及维修,现有机器的搬迁,客户培训,预防性维护, 生产效率提高(PIPs),订购零件进行安装和修理,电气及机械故障的排除. 前瞻性的服务项目及维护计划推荐.

1) Repair维修

ü Make contact with plant manager or key decision maker.联系客户负责人了解情况

ü Access problem; troubleshoot.故障判断和诊断

ü Repairs machine and/or order parts.修理机器及/或订订购零件

ü Observes machine in production to confirm repair 观察机器运行状态及确认机器修复

2) Installations – Mechanic & Electrician机械及电气安装，调试及验收

ü Supervise and assist rigging contractor.指导及协助起重人员进行机器的起重

ü Install and assemble equipment.机器安装就位

ü Reconnect all wire and cabling 连接线路和电缆

ü Set up equipment and perform all electrical checks.调试机器及电气检查

ü Test all functions to ensure specifications are met. 功能测试确保机器符合合同技术规范.

ü Complete machine acceptance 完成机器验收

3) Standard Demonstration标准示范

ü Simple layout.产品样张

ü Standard board.标准模板

ü Machine configuration reflects customer’s specification.按客户产品需求进行机器设置

4) Preventive Maintenance 预防性维护

ü Survey machine.调查机器

ü List repairs in order of urgency 准备紧急情况下的修理清单

ü Inspect all parts, list in terms of urgency检查及准备紧急情况下的备件清单

ü Holds job completion meeting with customer before departure.工作完成后离开前召集总结会

4. Education and Experience 教育背景及工作经历 :

ü College electrical automation is preferred. 大学电气自动化本科技术学历

ü Minimum of 5 years of related technical experience, in a similar role, the printing and converting equipment industry is preferred 5年及以上类似技术工作经验印刷和包装行业优先
