职位描述：
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES 主要职责
 
1. Abide by AP policies and regulations, eg. EH&S, HR etc.遵守公司HE&S \ HR 政策。
2. Know clearly site potential hazards and emergency procedures.清楚掌握现场潜在危害和应急程序。
3. Gain SWP issuing qualification and strictly implement SWP standards。 获得安全工作许可证签发权限，严格执行安全工作许可证制度。
4. Know clearly relevant process procedures and the operation of all site equipments, and surely can start up or shut down the plant himself. Surely can take ASU plant warm start up or plant defrost by himself.掌握工艺操作程序及能够操控现场所有的设备，独立执行工厂启动和停机操作。独立完成空分工厂暖厂启动和除霜。
5. Master all site operation procedures and can implement them strictly.严格执行现场操作程序。
6. Must finish in time all site check forms. 执行现场所有安全检查工作和记录；
7. Must keep site clean to at least meet the standards. 清理并保持现场卫生；
8. Keep cell 24 hrs powered to be reached at any time and can come to the site in time to deal with the emergencies.保持24小时手机开机，并能够及时到达现场处理应急事务；
9. Good communication with other teams.良好的团队沟通能力；
10. Can find problems in time and take active actions to help solve problems.能够及时发现问题并及时采取措施。
11. Can finish the work assigned by site management in time.及时地完成现场经理分派的工作；
12. Strictly implement customer sites procedures.严格遵守客户现场的程序和制度；
13. Support plant CI plan and actions.支持工厂持续改进及行动；
14. Can take and implement PM02 task.执行工厂预防性维修工作；
15. Communication with customer.日常的客户沟通；
16. Support new project commissioning 支持新项目调试；
17. Support local government relevant document system.支持政府部门的相关的文件工作；
18 Be in charge of new employee training.负责新员工的培训；
19. Support plant TAR；支持工厂计划停机维修；
20 Competent to update plant SWIM.胜任工厂操作程序的更新；
21. Can take all of Level1 required skills.能够掌握工厂level1所需的技能。

 
JOB REQUIREMENTS 职位要求
 
 1.Be familiar with Gen gas or ASU plants, know well of the process and control. 熟练掌握空分工厂工艺；
2.Good knowledge in safety;具有相应现场安全管理技能；
3.Honest, hard working, willing to make efforts for self-actualization;诚实、努力，实现自我价值；
4.Being suited to work in shifts, location flex。能够适应倒班操作；
5.Good team player;良好的团队精神；
6.Proactive, energetic, aggressive to learn.主动、积极进取；
7.At least 3 years experience in Chemical Industrial Company有3年相关工作经验；
8.College or Bachelor degree with a major in Chemical Industry Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Cryogenic Engineering or related disciplines;大专以上化工、机械、低温工程或相关专业学历。
