Position Summary 职位概述

· New machine installation, commissioning, instruction and acceptance 负责现场新机器安装， 调试，培训及验收。

· On site machine repair, inspection and spare parts validate 现场机器维修，检查及备件确认

· Remote technical support to customer 远程客户技术支持

Main Responsibilities 主要职责

· Installation and commissioning– Electrical电气安装和调试

· Reconnect all wire and cabling 连接线路和电缆

· Set up equipment and perform all electrical checks.调试机器及电气检查

· Test all functions to ensure specifications are met. 功能测试确保机器符合合同技术规范.

· Maintenance training 维修培训

· Complete machine acceptance 完成机器验收

· Repair维修

· Make contact with plant manager or key decision maker.联系客户负责人了解情况

· Access problem; troubleshoot.故障判断和诊断

· Repairs machine and/or order parts.修理机器及/或订购零件

· Observes machine in production to confirm repair 观察机器运行状态及确认机器修复

· Preventive Maintenance 预防性维护

· Survey machine.调查机器

· List repairs in order of urgency 准备紧急情况下的修理清单

· Inspect all parts, list in terms of urgency检查及准备紧急情况下的备件清单

· Holds job completion meeting with customer before departure.工作完成后离开前召集总结会

· Remote support to customer客户远程支持

· By call or system 通过电话或者系统平台

Functional skills 专业技能

· Familiar with AC,DC Driver and motion control (SIEMENS S120 and SIMOTION system is preferred) 熟悉交流，直流驱动器和运动控制（有西门子S210和SIMOTION经验的优先）

· Familiar with SIEMENS S7-300，400 PLC, WinCC Flexible and Field bus 熟悉西门子S7-300,400, WinCC Flexible和现场总线

· Familiar with Pneumatic system 熟悉气动

· Good electrical trouble shooting skill 良好的电气维修技巧

Education and Experience 教育背景及工作经历

· Major in Automation or related 自动化及相关专业

· Bachelor degree or above 本科及以上学历

· Minimum 2 year experience as field service engineer 至少两年的现场服务工程师的工作经历

· Minimum of 5 years of related technical experience, in a similar role, the printing and converting equipment industry is preferred 5年及以上类似技术工作经验印刷和包装行业优先
