Job Description:
This role will support the customer-centric digital strategy to acquire customers, grow AUM and enhance brand awareness though a solid social media strategy and creative executions that generates substantial customer interest and conversation through online seeding, tactical promotions, bloggers' outreach, etc.
- Social Media strategy and executions
- Develop social media strategy to support customer acquisition and customer relationship deepening to meet business objectives (customer numbers and AUM)
- Responsible for running social media campaigns that enhances Breeze Banking brand awareness and position the bank as the most innovative consumer bank in China
- Cultivate and deepen online and offline relationships with selected Key Opinion Leaders and media/reporters
- Work closely with selected branches to integrate online engagement with offline micro-marketing events or local activities
- Deliver unique customer experiences that differentiate Breeze Banking from competition
- Content Marketing
- Develop compelling content (text or multimedia) that engage customers online and establish SCB as a thought leader in next-generation banking
- Work with other departments to develop creative rotation plans and reiterative test-and-learn programs that helps achieve business objectives
- Creatively delight and surprise customers through digital and non-digital channels to generate internet word-of-mouth
Requirement:
The ideal candidate is someone who has deep domain knowledge on social media marketing and understands the social media space in China very well. He/she lives and breathes social media and understands the power of using compelling content to engage with our target audience. He/she must be extremely creative and is able to think outside of the box. Some of the desired attributes include:
- A bachelor or master degree from a reputable university in any discipline
- At least 2 years of working experience in digital marketing, social media or ePR
- Bilingual in Chinese and English. Good command of the English language
- Social media savvy, ideally already with substantial digital footprint
- Tech-savvy, and is not afraid to learn new things and to accept new challenges
- A very strong communicator, able to articulate both verbally and in writing
- Able to work independently and in group
- Experience working with online KOL and traditional media/reporters is advantageous
- Entrepreneurial and is comfortable working with uncertainty
