1.Ensures completeness of all local regulatory returns of north region branches are reported accurately , timely and in compliance with PRC accounting standards;
2.Ensures the financial accounting records are properly computed , recorded, processed and stored;
3.Supervises the preparation and filing of tax return timely and accurately with Tax team’s input ;
4.Supports north region branch management, adding value to north region branch business performance, strategy and development;
5.Supports new Branch opening projects;
6.Provides financial commentary on policy issues that may affect the business ; Provide advice and guidance on financial related matters in accordance with Financial control Policies;
7.Coordinates budget/forecast preparation and on-going monitoring for north region City Branch Managers;
8.Promotes and maintains relationships, both internally and externally to keep abreast of business changes and innovations, and to ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements;
9.Identifies, interprets and apply key performance indicators from regular financial reports and coach business managers in using these indicators for competitive advantage in order to enhance shareholder value;
10.Talent development and manages team in own area of expertise through resource, retention, development and team building;
11.Keeps proper relationship with regulators (PBOC/CBRC/SAFE/Tax Bureau) as contact window of Finance;
12.Awareness and implement the AML policy;
13.Member of Branch MANCO and Branch CORC by contributing to (1) optimize Branch performance, (2) share opportunities and resources, (3) ensure good governance and compliance and to manage risk (4) provide leadership and direction to the Branch.

Requirements
1.Bachelor degree majoring in Finance or Accounting related;
2.At least 8 years working experience in financial institution or international audit firm (with exposure to banking industry), with solid team leader experience;
3.Solid knowledge of China regulatory requirements
4.Solid knowledge in financial management principles and techniques
5.Sound communication and interpersonal skills & ability to interact with regulators and senior management
6.Strong team orientation, a self-starter and able to work under pressure
7.Excellent spoken and written English.
