Qualification & Skills
5+ yrs experienced in management, planning and biz development of insurance field
? Excellent product knowledge in both Life and Property insurance
? Excellent capability in leadership and performance management
? Good communication and interpersonal skills
? Education: University Degree or above
? Language ability: English and Chinese
Key Roles & Responsibilities
To accomplish signed biz target
? To support all the VS to develop banca biz (WM, SME and Lending)
? To fulfill the need of insurance of all the VS's customers (Life & non-life)
? To arrange the product training and the soft skill training for all the frontline sales to increase productivity of our sales
? To manage local partner to provide services and support to banca accordingly comply with SCB's policy.
? To improve the cost efficiency
? To continuously improve FE, CE, Process and risk control
? To lead a team of staff to grow and achieve all targets set on a yearly basis
? To comply with their respective Money Laundering Prevention Procedures and be alert at all times to unusual or possibly suspicious customer activity, and should report any suspicious activity to the respective Unit Money Laundering Prevention Officer and line manager as well as directly to the Country MLPO in urgent or exceptional circumstances.

? To support the biz development in the segment operation, SME and Lending on achieving their revenue goal in banca biz.
? To expand banca biz into all new branches
