? Process and manage the inbound deployment and outbound customer orders in compliance with standard processes, guidelines and function's performance indicators. Proactively monitor order status of overall order process for smooth delivery to customers and co-work with Customer Service to keep the customer informed in advance/time of any changes, delays or improvements. Proactively assist internal & external customers with enquiries in a timely and responsive manner.
? Key user of ERP system for logistics part, prepares and validates documentation of logistics, and maintains data reporting.
? Monitor warehouse and transportation 3PL(s) operational key performance indicators (KPIs) and support to take quick response on problem finding & solving.
? Inventory management and handling traceability within the transportation & warehouse scope.
? Work closely with related functions to accomplish daily/monthly report and measurement.
? Support Logistics Supervisor to develop Greater China tactical, process excellence and cost savings to meet the deliverables of logistics targets.
