The candidate must be experienced in oem automotive industry clients, rich network and contacts. Strong hands-on sales skills also needed.

Here's the JD:
Responsibilities
? Understand and analyse market trends, customer requirements, logistics competition and work out the Long Term Strategy
? Set up the target and direction, lead the BD team to work out the Business plan
? Identify the business opportunities for tenders, investment, as well as M & A, build business cases
? Lead the development of logistics proposals for potential clients by gathering and analysing logistic data, defining project costs and applying business development guidelines.
? Leading contract negotiation, finalize contract until sign off.
? Ensure smooth handover of successful project to operation team at the start of the project implementation phase, and develop an awareness of the concerning issues.
? Maintain good relationship with existing customers and also explore business opportunity with new customers.
? Develop and improve methodologies for analysing client data, which can further improve the effectiveness of the proposal development task.
? Develop the financial model to ensure the positive P/L result for all business
? To build the sales tool of products to promote our services

? Ensure a good representation in line with the company’s values and policies.
Requirements
? University degree or above in logistics management or related areas
? 10 years or above working experience, with minimum 3 years in managerial positions.
? 5 years or above in Business Development position or Commercial position in logistics industry
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Chinese and English)
? Experience in vehicle industry will be a plus
? Experience in logistics of alternative energy cars, sharing cars, self-driving cars, will be a plus
? Good financial judgment evaluating, documentation and targeting profitable business in alignment with the account strategy
? Ability to document and present proposals in front of customers, with a ‘value added’ approach.
? Innovative/creative thinking
? Ability to analyse customer requirements, and identify improvement opportunities
? Project management and planning capabilities.
? Good understanding of IT systems and their capabilities
? Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
? Willingness to travel and accept overtime work
