Position Summary 职位概述
The Lean Manager will drive the continuous improvements(CI) activities within SPL to achieve process excellence so as to deliver outstanding business results which will impact business KPIs like “On Time Delivery, Lead Time Reductions, Inventory Reductions and in Increasing Throughput”.
Main Responsibilities 主要职责
· Understands comprehensively bigger roadmaps, business challenges and global initiatives, develop the roadmap and plan of Continuous Improvement for Bobst at local level and supports at global level.
· Does thorough effective communication, promote Lean culture across all departments/functions, engage people from across the levels for CI.
· Works with each departments to identify opportunities for improvements in all the areas that impact EHS, Quality, Delivery and Cost, coordinates through prioritization to ensure the road map is being followed and executed with aggressive pace.
· Ensure improvements projects are well managed with sense of urgency, i.e. projects scope, objectives being properly defined, professional project team established and robust, sustainable results delivered.
· Closely follow up with each project teams and reporting to local and global management team for the progress of improvement projects; sharing successful CI projects with local team.
· As a member of the global Lean community, leverage best practices from other Bobst plants and also sharing successes to others.
· Jointly with the Lean community, build knowledge base in Lean, develop training materials for various Lean subjects such as 5S, VSM, Standard Work Instructions, Flow, Kanban, Heijunka, JIT, TPM etc.
· Organize and conduct Lean/Continuous Improvement trainings as needed.
· Provide professional coaching and mentoring to CI projects team so to guide the team towards success.
· Undertake other duties as being assigned.

· Must be able to work in Cross-Functional & Matrix Team structure.
· In-depth, practical, hands-on knowledge, experiences in Continuous Improvement, Lean with operational background in Production, Industrial Engineering with management capabilities
· Familiar with machinery Order to Delivery processes.
· Familiar with ERP will be a plus.
· Familiar with basic project management.
Personal skills 个人技能:
· He should be a change agent and tolerant to various ambiguous discussions, debates and brainstorming as a part of consensus process.
· Very passionate about process improvements at organizational level as well as at functional level.
· Good leadership, effective communication and influences skills, team player, cooperative and supportive all the time.
· Hard-working and responsible, strong ownership, able to work under pressure.
· Able to provide a vision of the future and challenge current state.
· Local language and Fluent in English.
· Experienced working with local and international cultures.
· Highly process driven and results oriented.
Education and Experience 教育背景及工作经历 :
· Bachelor Degree or above.
· At least 10 years of work experience in the area of continuous improvement with measurable achievements.
· With operational background in Production, IE with management capabilities, is preferred.
· Low volume, hi-mix production environment. Mechanical, mechatronic industry.
