Position Responsibilities
1、变速箱管理系统匹配项目的实施
1) 匹配样箱和样车的准备、协调、维护和管理
2) 变速箱管理系统的匹配准备和实施（包括道路试验）
3) 匹配试验的数据测量/分析和系统控制参数的优化
4) 完成匹配检查表和匹配开发报告
5) 匹配项目在公司内部的认可
TMS Application Project Implementation
1) Prepare, coordinate, maintain and manage application gearboxes and vehicles
2) Prepare, carry out application tests(including road tests)
3) Evaluate measurement results and optimize application data
4) Proceed application check list and prepare development report
5) Coordinate the release of application project in UAES
2、客户技术支持和售后技术支持
1) 对客户进行技术指导
2) 客户的接待与访问
3) 处理售后问题
Evaluate, Track and Review Project Application
1) Give customer technical instructions
2) Personal contacts and visits of customers
3) Support to solve the complains in the field

Position Qualification
学 历
Education 机械/电子工程类专业，本科以上学历
Above Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical and Electronic Engineering
工作经验
Work Experience 1年以上变速箱管理系统匹配及管理经验
Above 1 year experience in TMS application and management
特殊知识或技能
Special Knowledge or Skills 良好的英语或德语水平，良好的驾驶技能
Good English or German, Driving license
