Educational Requirements
- University degree in Electrics or Electronic.
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge in refrigerators appliance
- Desirable experience on technical support or as sales engineer
- Desirable knowledge in motor inverters, Refrigerator electronic controls or other areas of electronic
- Availability for frequent trips
 
Job experience and Skills
- Good skills to handle with customer
- Good communication and autonomy
- Good critical analysis and problem solving skill
- Proactive, with high energy, self-confident and independent
- To be able to deal with variety of task simultaneously
- Desirable knowledge in EMC and Safety standards (UL and IEC)
- Desirable knowledge in BLDC motor, electronic inverters

Main Job Assignments
- Visit customers for technical support on electronics for compressor
- Work with sales and compressor team to define the inverter configuration to match customer demand
- Solve customers’ doubts and issues during new project implementation phase
- Prepare Technical reports and documentation for product certification in customer side
- Prospect new opportunities together sales and compressors technical support
- To be the link between customer and internal project, defining project scope 举报 分享
