职位描述
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
§ Financial Reporting.
Ensures accurate and timely reporting of statutory and financial statements to internal and external.
Guarantee that the reporting is in line with IFRS and PRC standards.
§ Improving stakeholder communications and relationships.
Fluently communicate with stakeholder, and providing functionality to support the stakeholder communication process
§ Treasury and Banking
Prepare funding and bank facilities requirements to support the business requirements
Effect the money drawdown and manage cash flow according to the Limit of Authority and internal operating procedures.
§ Financial Analysis
Supervise financial planning and forecasting process on quarterly and annual basis
Manage new business tracker, provide analysis report and advice to stakeholder.
§ Audit
Co-ordinates the independent audits including preparing financial statements which are audited. Act as the first point of contact for the auditors
Required Skills:
§ Big4 experience preferred, 15+years of finance or accounting experience, 6+ years in a senior position
§ Superior knowledge of accounting principles including Chinese IAS & US GAAP
§ Initiative, integrity, good communication and coordination skill and strong team spirit
§ Solid financial acumen and analytical skills
§ Ability to work independently and in ambiguous circumstances
§ Master English both oral and written.
§ Thorough familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Expert level Excel skills
§ Leadership ; ability to lead a team and to manage people; strong interpersonal skills; ability to rally employees around a common cause
§ MS Project and ERP systems experience
