职位描述：
岗位职责:

1.Provide on premise technical support to domestic offices and Retail Direct Stores of the country.
2.Execute Field Services operational procedures and standards to assure high quality services.
3.Manage and improve the internal client experience and satisfaction.
4.Work collaboratively with the local, regional and corporate CIS groups for providing efficient and effective support services to the internal clients.
5.Be the technical champion(s) of some technologies assigned.
6.Sourcing, procurement, coordination and management of new software, hardware and supplies of the country.
7.Provide technical support of (not limited to):End point computing;Server Computing;Country websites;Telephony/Conferencing;Systems upgrades and patching;Local IT Audit champion;On-premise server room;Local systems administrator
8.Support of CIS ITIL processes, including Incident, Change, and Release Management.
9.Support and improve support metrics and KPI’s on a continuous basis.
10.Support global IT initiative and project activities for the Asia-Pacific region.

任职资格:

1.Client service oriented with ability to communicate technical issues in simple terms.
2.Calm and polite manner when dealing with end users even in challenging situations.
3.Ability to identify technical and non-technical issues and resolve effectively.
4.Be able to effectively prioritize tasks, changes and incidents in line with both business and CIS requirements and allocate resources accordingly.
5.Availability for occasional work in the evenings or weekends.
6.Good communication & interpersonal skills, excellent command of English
7.Bachelor degree or above
