职位要求：

1. 大专以上学历，2年以上制造业生产物流管理或供应链管理工作经验；

2. 有较好的英语阅读和写作能力，英语口语良好者优先；

3. 有包装箱生产工作经验者优先；

4. 具有良好的客户服务意识；

5. 良好的沟通能力、组织协调能力及应变能力；

6. 工作认真、细致，责任心强，反应敏捷，具有高度的敬业精神和团队意识；

7. 适应经常外地出差；

8.熟练运用办公软件。

工作职责：

1、 及时总结客户坏箱情况提交索赔汇总，根据仓库提交的手工坏箱报告整理正式的索赔报告.

2、 整理每月坏箱分类汇总表，月底通知财务开具索赔发票

3、 负责对客户进行培训和指导，并提出合理的建议和分析报告；

4、 及时对箱损严重的客户进行培训指导，使其达到我司回收标准减少箱损；

5、 根据索赔流程提交客户进行索赔；

6、 技术部的其他相关工作。
