职位描述：

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for the coordination, implementation, execution, control and competition of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals as assigned by the Project Manager Develop Key measurables to track project status to ensure highest standards are maintained and report regularly to the Project Manager.
2 . Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
3. Identify resources, both internal and external, and assign individual responsibilities
4. Provide high level of leadership in the resolution of engineering issues as and when they arise on a project.
5. Continually seek to identify and minimise areas of risk on a project
6. Manage the project budget
7. Assist in the preparation of project proposals
8. Effectively convey the companies message in both written and verbal business development discussions
9. Lead proposal efforts including completing project scope
10. Hold regular meetings with the project manager.
11. Deliver informative and well organized presentations.
12. Conduct effective performance evaluations and mentor staff to further develop their skills.
13.Participate in global conferrencing, reporting on project status
14.Participate in technical discussions with potential suppliers.
15.Monitor supplier progress and quality throughout equipment build projects ensuring FM standards are maintained
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
１.Internationally recognised Engineering Qualification (Minimum Bsc.). Preferably Mechanical and Electrical
２.Minimum 5 years experience as an Engineer in a high volume manufacturing environment (Preferably Automotive).
３.Mature and patient. Ideally experienced in working with other cultures.
４.Commitment to continuous improvement, safety, team work and open communications.
５.Proficient in both Verbal and Written English
