职位描述：
Position Responsibilities:

Define assembly process and concepts under the consideration of lean production;
Create equipment basic requirement and specification base on the process and P-FMEA;
Develop concepts for technical equipment together with team numbers;
Review the equipment design and guarantee the equipment quality;
Lead and manage assembly line setting-up projects,including layout definition,P-FMEA,equipment setting-up tracing,documentation,acceptance,line release;
Support series production(e.g trouble shooting,problem solving);
Lead and support continuous improvement activities(e.g optimization of processes,improvement of ergonomics)
Requirements:

Master or Bachelor degree in manufacturing or mechanical engineering;
Adequate knowledge and a minimum of 5 years of practical experience in field of assembly technology,preferably in an international company;
Structured work style and experience in project management;
Initiative,creative,target-oriented,team work and communicative personality;
Good English skills&computer skills;
Good CAD skills,preferably SolidWorks (3D) 举报 分享
