职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1.Packing/Labeling Design and Development
(i) Develop the packing design drawing according to the customer request and product specification, and communicate with customers to get approval on the design specifications;
(ii) Release packing design drawings, and conduct packing & drop tests to evaluate the packing samples with Production and QA;
(iii) Design the packing label according to the customer and production requests
in order to ensure product protection and meet the product packing standards.
2.Packing and Labeling WI
Develop, update and release the packing and labeling WI; and deliver packing traing to the assembly operators in order to ensure proper application of packing related activities.
3.Packing Data Maintenance
Collect and provide packing information (incl. material, usage, etc.) in order to maintain updated packing related information.
4.Packing Improvement
(i) Analyze the packing-induced production damage or deform, develop and implement the packing improvement solution;
(ii) Analyze and identify the cost reduction opportunities, develop and implement the packing improvement solution;
in order to improve the packing quality and reduce the packing cost.
5.Product Certification and Audit
(i) Consolidate and update the product certification and audit related information;
(ii) Organize and coordinate the external product certification activities (incl. CSA, UL, etc.);
in order to obtain product certificates and meet the external audit standards.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor in Packing or Mechanical Design majors;
2.Over 4 years packing related working experience;
3.Communication and coordination skills, proactive, accountability. 举报 分享
